Prices are set in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Where other currencies are displayed on the site, they are indicative daily conversions provided for convenience only; the amount charged at checkout is the QAR price or its processor-determined equivalent. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change, suspension or discontinuance of any product.

5. Orders and acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or limitations on quantities available for purchase. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. Payment is charged in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not see, store or process your card details; payment information is handled directly by the payment processor in accordance with its own terms and industry security standards. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided in connection with any purchase.

7. Shipping, risk and title

Delivery times and rates are set out in our Shipping Policy and form part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control do not give rise to compensation. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

8. Returns and refunds

Our returns policy is set out in our Return and Refund Policy and forms part of these Terms. In summary: 14 days from delivery, items unworn and in original condition with packaging intact, refund to the original payment method after inspection. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

All content on this site — including the LUNO name, wordmark, logos, product designs, photography, film, graphics, text and layout — is the property of LUNO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
