Delivery

We deliver worldwide with tracked couriers. Delivery rates and times for your destination are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Transit times vary by destination — typically 5 to 10 business days once your order ships. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order processing

Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Once an order has entered fulfilment we are unable to change the delivery address or its contents, so please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at lunosociety@gmail.com and we will do our best to intercept it before dispatch.

Delays

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, severe weather or other events outside our control can occur; where a shipment is significantly delayed we will keep you informed and work with the carrier to resolve it.
